When Assignment Review left Filipstad almost four years ago, in the midst of the ongoing refugee crisis, no one knew how it would go in the small municipality in eastern Värmland. Today, the highest proportion of grants is provided in the country. Child poverty is among the highest, just like unemployment.

At the same time, there is a shortage of personnel in almost every industry - but the jobs that can be applied for, the unemployed cannot get, as education and language skills are required.
