The idea of ​​the found salary was that it could be a way to find new staff in, among other things, the school and in healthcare. The municipality envisaged three levels of the reward system, where the most could be about SEK 18,000. But the issue was first re-submitted and during Monday's municipal council meeting, politicians made the decision not to proceed with the proposal.
