Gävleborg County housing prices are above the national average, with an increase of 62 percent. Ljusdal has had the largest price increase in the county, with an increase of 205 percent.
At the bottom of the list are Gävle and Bollnäs, Gävle has increased by 49 percent and Bollnäs has increased by 61 percent.
