French heavyweight Tony Yoka will face two German boxers, Michael Wallisch and Christian Hammer, during his next two fights scheduled for September 28 in Nantes and December 7 in Paris, announced Tuesday broadcaster Canal +.

Wallish (33 years old, 20 wins, 13 by KO, 2 losses), who lost twice in his last 3 outings, will open the ball in Nantes against the 2016 Olympic champion. Yoka will continue two and a half months later in Bercy with Hammer (31 years old, 24 wins including 14 by KO, 6 defeats).

The 27-year-old Frenchman, undefeated in six professional fights and who ultimately dreams of a world belt after having reigned in the amateur ranks, made a winning return to the rings on 13 July in Antibes against the German Alexander Dimitrenko, defeated by stoppage of the referee at the 3rd restart. He had served one year in suspension for three failures, in less than twelve months, to his location obligations for unannounced anti-doping controls.
