Al Hammadi pointed out that the total number of working nationals registered with the pension system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi since the establishment of the Fund until the end of July, amounted to 39,261 citizens, about 44% of the number of insured in the fund, compared to 11% was registered at the establishment of the Fund.

He pointed out that the State's keenness to provide equal opportunities for employment and dependence on competence without regard to sex have had a significant impact in increasing the employment opportunities for qualified nationals and young women cadres annually.
