Second Skripals Sanctions Package Enters into Force
The second package of US sanctions against Russia in connection with the incident in the English Salisbury took effect on the night of Monday, August 26.
It was put into effect, since the Russian side, according to Washington, did not provide him with statutory guarantees of non-use of chemical and biological weapons.
Earlier, the State Department issued a notice of the imminent entry into force of new restrictive measures in connection with the Skripal case.
The first package was put into effect on August 27, 2018.
