Police confirm for SVT News that at 22.30 on Sunday, an alert was received that two passenger cars crashed on Kvarnbacksvägen, just before the roundabout at Brommaplan. It is currently unclear exactly what has happened, and how many people are involved, according to police.
- When we got to the site, we saw a man lying on the ground outside a gas station there. Ambulance has been sent to the scene, says Sylvia Oldin, on-duty officer of the Stockholm Police.
At midnight, the police patrol is still on the scene.
According to testimony from the site, which SVT Nyheter has taken note of, these are two passenger cars that frontal crashed. At least one of the cars is said to have been traveling at a very high speed when the collision occurred.
The number of people involved in the accident, and possible injury situation, is currently unclear.
