The Sharjah Criminal Court has tried a case in which a person of Asian nationality is accused of stabbing his cousin with a knife.

Details of the incident, according to the papers of the case, last April, when a fight broke out between the accused and the victim, due to personal and family disputes, including adultery with a member of the family of the accused, which led to the development of the fight during which the defendant accused the knife in the back stab window led to His death. During the investigation of the prosecution and the police, the defendant confessed to the murder of his cousin with the help of his brother, after the mutual assault between the parties.

The court confronted the defendant with the charge and denied it. He said that he quarreled with the victim on the date of the incident but did not kill him.

He said that the cause of the fight was a mistake committed by the victim with a member of his family (adultery), which made him irritate and assault him, as the assault was mutual hands, but did not kill him and does not remember what happened on the incident, pointing out that he confessed in the investigation of the prosecution and police because of fear.

The defense lawyer asked to hear the witnesses' statements, while the prosecution requested the conviction of the accused.

The court decided to postpone the case until September 23, to hear the statements of witnesses and to investigate the parents of blood to find out their requests from the accused.
