“Togo is the fifteenth country that has withdrawn the recognition of the self-proclaimed republic of Kosovo ... The note was sent on June 28 to Vidovdan,” RIA Novosti quotes Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.

Back in early August, the Foreign Minister said that he would soon call the fifteenth state that had withdrawn Kosovo’s recognition.

On July 27, the Central African Republic (CAR) became the 14th country to withdraw recognition of the independence of the self-proclaimed Kosovo.
