The Mohammed bin Zayed Award for Best Gulf Teacher sent 18 teachers from various GCC countries to Singapore to participate in the training program, in coordination with the National Institute of Education in Singapore.

The program aims to enhance the motivation of a group of Gulf teachers and develop their functional capabilities and provide them with advanced skills that enable them to innovate and innovate in education. A special two-week program entitled “Innovative Teaching Methods” was designed for the participants. In Singapore, to stimulate critical thinking and research skills of students, enable them to transfer the knowledge they have acquired to their schools and incorporate them into their teaching methods. The program includes a review of Singapore's best practices in lesson planning, demonstrating the effective application of survey-based teaching methodologies, discussing examples of model lessons and supportive learning strategies, and providing participants with theoretical foundations that will enable them to understand the processes of change in the educational system and how to select and apply appropriate strategies to assess school environment.
