At 16.49, the police received a call about a gunfire in Sävja, a residential area in southern Uppsala.
"A man has been transported from the site to a hospital," says Per Bjurström, RLC commander at the Mitt region.
The police have several patrols in place.
- We remain on site and work on the investigation, of course with interrogations and with testimonies, he says.
At present, no person is deprived of liberty.
