The Italian delegation will arrive in Crimea with a cultural mission
President of the Foundation for the Promotion of Science, Culture and Cinema Odysseus Pipia said that a delegation from Italy will visit Crimea in late September with a cultural mission.
He said that the delegation will stay in the region from September 27 to October 8.
The visit is dedicated to the International Russian-Italian art festival "Ligurian Seasons" in Sevastopol.
“Representatives of the cultural community and business community of the Liguria province will come to Crimea to participate in the art project. The program provides for a joint plein air of Sevastopol and Italian artists, performance of opera singers, as well as a culinary show by a famous chef from Italy, ”said Pipia.
Earlier, the head of the German delegation, a member of the public organization Druschba Global, Dirk Nessenius, who arrived in Crimea, said that when he visited the Russian region, he saw a gap between the real situation on the peninsula and what is written in the Western media.
Oleg Morozov, a member of the Federation Council’s committee on international affairs, in an interview with the FAN commented on the statement of the head of the German delegation, member of the Druschba Global public organization Dirk Nessenius, who had arrived in Crimea about the situation on the peninsula.
