Israeli satellites showed traces of a raid on a Popular Mobilization depot near an air base north of Baghdad, while Tel Aviv hinted responsibility for the attack.

Israeli press sources said the raid was part of efforts to eliminate a land bridge used to transport weapons from Iran to Syria and then to Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, for the second time in a week, hinted at Tel Aviv's responsibility for attacks on Hashd bases in Iraq.

"Israel is operating in many areas against Iran, of course," Netanyahu told Israel's Channel 9 Russian-speaking channel when asked about the bombing of the crowd.

Rejection of war
In the meantime, called on the political leadership in Iraq to await the ongoing investigations on the targeting of a number of camps of the Popular Mobilization, and confirmed its rejection of war, and the country away from conflicts in the region.
