“The Presnensky District Court of Moscow has selected a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of Andreiova Maria Eduardovna ... for a period of 1 month 29 days, that is, until October 21,” the representative of the court said.

The head of the IFTS No. 24 in Moscow was charged under part 6 of art. 290 of the Criminal Code of Russia.

Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev dismissed the deputy head of the Pension Fund, Alexei Ivanov, accused of receiving a bribe in the amount of 4.4 million rubles.

Ivanov was detained in early July, and subsequently the Moscow Basmanny Court arrested him for two months.
