It was on July 9 this year that, according to the indictment, the man must have tried to coerce a girl who was under fifteen years. According to the indictment, he both threatened her and stabbed her in the neck and on his hands, before she managed to escape from the scene and ask for help to call the police.

The man was the girl's manager and in interrogation the girl has told that the man shortly after she came to the workplace grabbed her and cut her in the throat with the knife. He lay over her and they must have wrestled on the floor for a while.

The girl ran from the scene

In the interrogation she says that it is only when she says that she agrees to be raped that the man lets go of her, then she takes the opportunity to run from the scene and manages to alert the police.

The evidence includes several seizures, including clothing and a knife, as well as several witness hearings.

The accused man neither acknowledges nor denies the deeds.

- He does not remember and has not been able to account for what he has done. He has been given a blackout, says Mikael Stenman, who is the man's lawyer. Mikael Stenman will recommend that a major mental examination be made of the man.

During Friday's hearing, interviews are held with both the girl and the accused man. Two days are set aside for the trial.
