Responding to a request from the Ukrainian News agency, the agency cited morbidity statistics that showed positive dynamics.
In particular, if in January an indicator of 13.8 thousand patients was recorded, then by March this figure dropped to 8.9 thousand, by June - to 3.4 thousand cases monthly.
Along with this, in July, 1.4 thousand people fell ill with measles in Ukraine, and for the first half of August - 464 people.
Earlier it was reported that more than 57 thousand people in Ukraine fell ill with measles since the beginning of the year.
