According to investigators, on August 21, a suspect in a crime during a quarrel on the basis of a sudden personal hostility decided to burn down a previously unknown man. To do this, he took a plastic canister filled with flammable liquid, doused the victim, and then made an arson.
According to the medical documents available to the investigators, the victim received thermal burns of degrees 2 and 3 as a result of the attack.
Earlier in the south of Moscow, an unknown man doused a man with liquid and set fire to it, after which he disappeared from the scene of an emergency. The suspect was later detained by law enforcement officials.
