When police stopped a car in the municipality of Åre on Wednesday evening, they quickly suspected that the driver, a man, was under the influence of drugs. The driver also lacked a driver's license.
When the patrol visited the driver, a small amount of drugs were found.
A house search of the car was carried out and then an ax, a knife and further suspected drugs were found.
The man who drove the car is now suspected of several crimes: drug drunk driving, gross unlawful driving, minor drug offenses, violation of knife law. The police took the man with him to conduct interrogations and sampling.
