The official list of 31 players of the French team selected for the Rugby World Cup in Japan (September 20-November 2) will be announced on September 2 in the evening, announced Wednesday the French Rugby Federation.

It will be unveiled at 8:30 pm in the TF1 newspaper, followed by a press conference. On 18 June, coach Jacques Brunel composed a pre-list of 37 players, with 31 suspected globalists and 6 identified reservists.

The hierarchy was not, however, immutable, depending on the summer physical preparation, injuries or suspensions, such as that until October 7 of the second line Paul Gabrillagues pronounced Tuesday by World Rugby.

The XV of France plays its second match of preparation Saturday against the Scots, a week after having beaten them in Nice (32-3).
