It was in March this year that the woman, who previously lived in Finland, sat at a restaurant in Gothenburg with a man she escaped with.

According to the judgment, the couple decided to stay to win acceptance with the families.

But in Gothenburg, the couple's Romeo and Julia story ended. Just what it was, members of the man's family showed up.

Assaulted at restaurant

According to the judgment, two women attacked the 25-year-old with punches and kicks. After that they should all have left the restaurant to drive to Örebro where the 25-year-old's mother lives.

Once in the car, the woman was further beaten and had her hair cut with a knife.

Was pushed out of a rolling car

Arriving in Örebro, the crime victim asked to be released at a hotel in Väster. Her kidnapper agreed, pushing her out of the car as it slowly rolled past the hotel.

The woman must then have found a house and received help to contact the police.

All five involved receive jail time

All five who were involved in the abduction and abuse of the woman are sentenced to their refusal to prison.

Two are sentenced to five years and a third to four years and six months imprisonment for both human trafficking and grievous assault. Another two are sentenced to four years in prison for human trafficking.

Want protected identity

The 25-year-old woman has now, according to the judgment, registered in Sweden for a protected identity and stated that she does not want to be with the man anymore.

It has also emerged that the woman's mother was also against the relationship, and that she had previously locked her daughter in the apartment, so the police were forced to intervene.
