The judge has released the three defendants of the group rape to an 18-year-old girl in Bilbao on August 1 who have been subjected to a reconnaissance conference on Wednesday, and who have been recognized by the victim.

After having passed five of the six defendants between yesterday and today, two defendants remain in prison. This is one of the two that yesterday underwent the reconnaissance wheel - whose face the victim did not identify - who entered the Basauri prison after the young whistleblower described the clothes she wore - the same one she wore in the moment of detention - and after checking that he had scratches on his back that the girl would have done during multiple sexual assault.

The second still in prison and who has not undergone this test, had been perfectly described by the victim. It has a very characteristic tattoo on the neck and is the one that had been cited through Instagram in the Etxebarria Park in Bilbao. He appeared on the date with five other young men and, although the girl tried to flee, they raped her. The six defendants were arrested by the Ertzaintza four hours after the events in the Casco Viejo.

Apparently, at the reconnaissance wheel yesterday, the victim did not recognize any of the two suspects who participated in it - one is in prison and another is on provisional release. On the other hand, today he has said that he recognized the other three who are also on probation , with the obligation to appear in the Court of Instruction number 4 of Bilbao every day.

However, the judge has not ordered his imprisonment, since the images of the video surveillance cameras viewed place at least two of them in another place far away from the Park of Etxebarria at the time the multiple sexual assault occurred . The defense of these defendants has requested their release without charge.
