This was reported by "Ukrainian News" with reference to court materials.
It is noted that the author of the lawsuit, whose name is not named, on July 15 submitted to NABU a statement of criminal offenses committed by Poroshenko and Klimkin under Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ( abuse of power or official position).
However, the circumstances of the case are not specified.
In early August, the State Bureau of Investigation (GBR) of Ukraine opened a criminal proceeding regarding the possible organization of Poroshenko illegal transfer of persons across the state border during his trip to the Maldives on vacation in 2018.
Subsequently, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that Poroshenko is a witness in all cases in which his name appears.
