Provisional prison for the alleged murderer of the Tetuan surgeon

The Court of Violence No. 7 of Madrid has ordered a provisional and communicated provisional bail of the presumed responsible for the death of María Pilar Cardeñoso, the Tetuán surgeon killed last Friday.

Tomás JR, the victim's partner, has acknowledged the facts in his statement before the judge, is investigated for the alleged commission of a crime of murder.

The court that has taken a statement has been inhibited in favor of the Court of Violence on Women No. 1, which will be responsible for completing the investigation of this case.
