Some of them live in Ljusvattnet outside Burträsk where the bus suddenly stopped. Nina Holmström's daughter Emma has just started her first year of high school in Skellefteå, just over three miles away. In order to get to school, she must first drive a moped seven kilometers easy road and then take the bus.

- I feel abandoned. After all, we parents work elsewhere and cannot push to the bus, and not accommodating her in town is no easy solution either, says mom Nina, who also describes that she has spent an enormous amount of time and energy in the past two weeks trying to figure out what it really is that matters.

Ball is between the municipality and the bus company

Emma's mother has been bullied between Skellefteå municipality's customer service and Skellefteå bus - and back again.

- It feels like no one really knows how to handle this.

The Council of Lorents Burman (S) admits that you have failed to communicate the problems that have arisen.

- During the summer, I started to understand that we had many more problems and childhood illnesses in this system than we could have anticipated.

In any case, a concrete measure was to put in extra school buses, but according to Lorents Burman, more measures will come in the future.

- During the autumn, we will work to find out what needs to be adjusted after the turn of the year. So we need to say softer more in the outer curves.
