The accident occurred between Enköping and Örsundsbro and the car's journey ended on a barn wall. The residents were alerted about the accident and the driver, a 75-year-old man, pulled himself out of the car.
- He was not so injured that he needed care, says Thomas Gustafsson, commander of the police regional command center.
The older man has told police he probably fell asleep behind the wheel. He is now suspected of carelessness in traffic.
