According to the agency, the water stopped flowing to about 80 thousand subscribers, since on August 19, as a result of the debt for electricity supply, the facilities of KP Lisichanskvodokanal were disconnected: four pumping stations and two sewage pumping stations.

It is clarified that on August 20, rescuers brought 116 cubic meters to the residents of Lysychansk, Novodruzhesk and Volga Region. m. of water.

Previously, the State Emergencies Service had already reported that part of Lysychansk was left without water supply due to debts, as a result of which, from August 1, about 13 thousand subscribers lost their water.
