The Minister of Education, Hussein Al Hammadi, said that the Zayed Education Complex in the Emirate of Sharjah is ready to study for the next academic year (2020/2019), noting that the number of students from the second and third cycles, who have registered so far to study in it reached 1175 students -The capacity of the complex amounts to 3000 students.
This came in a press statement, yesterday, after a field tour of the Zayed Educational Complex in the area of Siouh, which serves seven residential areas: Rahmaniyyah, Siuh, folding, Albrashi, Guezah, Katah, and Sajaa / Aldveen.

Al-Hammadi added that since the announcement of the start of registration in the complex, the number of students enrolled so far has reached 1175 students, and the number is increasing continuously, noting that the complex includes multiple laboratories and classrooms, to enable the student to theoretical and practical education at the same time, and learn the skills acquired during the school day.
He said that the complex is integrated and serves students in terms of education and in the activities and events, in addition to it will include courses for teachers and camps for students and meetings for parents of students and a conference and lectures, stressing that the complex and its facilities match the universities, to achieve the goal of living students of the second and third stage environment similar to the environment of universities, As well as open halls and discussion sessions, the complex also includes a large restaurant to provide meals for students, sports facilities, in addition to halls to teach musical skills, art and programming, we aim to achieve all these things for the students of the Emirates School.
Al Hammadi pointed out that Zayed Educational Complex is the first complex that has been completed, and there are three other compounds under construction, two of which are in Dubai (Al Barsha) and (Al Khawaneej), and the third in Ras Al Khaimah, which is expected to open these complexes a year and a half from now. The complex comprises 59 different laboratories within the building, a manufacturing laboratory in the outer pavilions, 68 classrooms, four art and media production rooms, two music rooms, two libraries, cafeterias and five stadiums. It also features parking for 30 school buses and 152 cars.
The building also includes a number of school clinics, rooms for teachers, a warehouse, a chapel, toilets, storage rooms and training rooms.
