It all took place at a bar in central Södertälje. The owner of the bar drove the now convicted woman off the bar after talking loudly with another person in her party. Once at the outdoor restaurant, the woman began to bang her head bloody against a fence before returning to the tavern to retrieve her forgotten bag.

When the bar owner tried to stop the woman from entering, rioting ensued and he had to endure punches and kicks. Another worker at the tavern was kicked into writing by the woman.

Passing man intervened

A passing man witnessed the riot and intervened by breaking down and holding the woman until police arrived at the scene. While waiting for police, the woman threw her own head against the ground. The man who intervened then received a blanket that he could put under the woman's head.

Once on the scene, the police put a handcuff on the woman before bringing her into the police car. The woman began to bang her head in the interior of the car, and when one of the policemen opened the door and tried to calm her down, he got a kick in the head. The woman also spat the other police in the face.

Causes gastric bypass surgery

In court, the woman had no explanation as to why she behaved the way she did. She has no memories of the incident. Before the bar visit, she should have drunk a cider. She mentions that she underwent a gastric bypass operation, which she says is easily affected by alcohol.

The woman is now being convicted of assault, violent resistance and violence, threats and abuse of officials. The woman is sentenced to six months in prison and will pay the total sum of SEK 18,000 to those who were subjected to violence at the incident.
