The Sharjah Criminal Court has heard the case of three Africans accused of revenge on an Asian man for assaulting him with sticks until he fell to the ground and robbed him of coercion.

The details of the incident came when the three defendants beat the victim while he was alone in one of the areas in the Emirate of Sharjah, in revenge for the brother of one of the defendants who claimed that the victim beat his brother at first, where the three defendants went to the whereabouts of the complainant and beat him with sticks until he fainted, and then They managed to steal it and fled.

The court confronted the three defendants, on the charges against them.They denied the theft and confessed to assault by hand, without using weapons in their attack on the victim, pointing out that their behavior was the result of the victim's attack on one's brother and stolen them, which led them to take revenge. They confirmed that the victim was not alone, but was among six people who fled the scene of the clash as soon as they arrived.

In turn, the prosecution asked to convict the accused, while the court postponed the case to the hearing of 10 September next to hear the statements of the victim and witnesses.
