SVT News West has previously told about Sernekes plans to sell the construction project. During the spring, Serneke will start a negotiation with a new partner in the project for a complete financing of Karlatornet. According to the company, this is the reason for changing the schedule.
The negotiations with an international player are expected to be completed during the third quarter.
