The registration centers for candidates for the FNC 2019 elections distributed across all emirates continued to receive applications for the second day in a row during the official working hours from 8 am to 3 pm. Among them requests from 36 women.
The number of applications for the second day was distributed as follows:

On the first day, the National Committee received 194 applications, and the number of candidates in the first and second days reached 288, including 103 for women.
On August 18, 2019, the registration process for candidates began at all registration centers in all emirates, which will continue until the end of next Thursday, August 22, 2019. The final list will be announced on 3 September 2019, while the campaigns for candidates will start on September 8, 2019 and will last for 27 days.
