In Ukraine, over 28 years, it was not possible to commit not only an “economic miracle”. The country there did not become a whole state. All years, Kiev went the wrong way, from the first days of independence. They built a state that was based on the struggle with everything Russian. It was fashionable to say that Kiev does not want to be in any unions and organizations in which Moscow is present, ”he said.
According to the senator, from the very beginning, representatives of the Ukrainian authorities did not understand that their country was a multicultural state.
Earlier, the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe said that the country is losing the main features of the state - the population and territory.
