The millionaire Jeffrey Epstein, found dead last Saturday in New York prison where he expected a trial for child sex trafficking, committed suicide by hanging, as confirmed by the autopsy performed by the city's Forensic Office.

The information, collected this Friday by The New York Times, follows the first autopsy conclusions that transpired Thursday and indicated that the 66-year-old financier had multiple bone fractures in his neck.
