“Poroshenko’s faction is preparing a“ lightning bolt ”to the Constitutional Court - an idea of recognizing certain rules of the GBR as being inconsistent with the Ukrainian constitution,” RIA Novosti quotes the head of the GBR Roman Truba.
He clarified that representatives of the political party believe that the fifth president of Ukraine did not have the right to delegate their representatives to the competition committee for the election of the director of the GDB and his deputies, as well as appoint Roman Truba to the post of head.
Pipe also said that since Poroshenko could not influence him to close the ongoing 12 cases in which the former president is a party, he is looking for a way to remove Pipe from his post.

Earlier it became known that the court allowed the State Security Committee of Ukraine to interrogate Poroshenko using a polygraph.
