It was at 22 on Tuesday evening that the suspected rape must have taken place in Rissne in Sundbyberg.
"It was when the woman walked out of the metro station that she was dragged to the ground," says Ola Österling, Stockholm Police's spokesman.
The rape was stopped when cyclists passed the crime scene.
- When the rapist sees the cyclists, the woman could free herself and leave the place, says Ola Österling.
The police are now looking for people who have been in the area around the metro station who may have made observations of the suspected offender.
