Its height was up to 4.5 thousand meters above sea level, ”RIA Novosti reports a message from the KVERT volcanic activity monitoring group of the Institute of Seismology and Volcanology, Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
It is noted that the ash plume spread 5 kilometers east of the volcano.
