“Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov and his entourage arrived in Pyongyang on August 14,” the agency said.
Earlier, the DPRK embassy announced the visit of Morgulov.
In July, Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, announced the absence of prospects for lifting sanctions from the DPRK in the near future.
