On August 5, it became known that the Ukrainian city of Energodar, Zaporizhzhya region, was disconnected from the supply of hot water due to the fact that its residents had accumulated debts for drainage and water supply services.

On August 1, in the city of Lysychansk, Lugansk region, due to debts, the power supply to the pumping station was turned off. About 13 thousand subscribers were left without water supply.
