As conceived by the authors of the initiative, a pilot experiment to conduct such classes for adolescent and youth age groups can be included in the federal projects “Modern School” and “Digital Educational Environment”.
The experiment itself is proposed to be carried out from 2020 to 2025 in several schools in each region of the country.
The methodological foundations of the elective should be agreed not only with the educational authorities, schools, parents and teachers, but also with the Federation of e-sports of Russia, the text of the appeal says.
At the same time, the choice of games that will be played on electives for different age groups should be chosen together with school psychologists and teachers.
It is also proposed to hold tournaments between schools and regions, all-Russian championships for students.
“We consider not only reasonable, but also pedagogically justified, the school’s counter and transparent appeal to the Internet priorities of our youth, which prevents the development of network addictions and phobias of adolescents and young people through participation not in adult obstructed Internet flows, but in a real school , regional, cross-border life, alternative to really dangerous and socially aggressive subcultures, ”the appeal says.
Earlier, the State Duma proposed replacing smartphones in the school with “schools”.
