“From Kiev in recent days, several statements have been made regarding the water blockade of Crimea ... Ukraine’s policy is determined not in Kiev, but in Washington and other Western capitals. The water blockade of Crimea is part of the anti-Russian strategy of the West, ”he said.
The head of the region also added that key decisions to end or continue the blockade as a result of "will be taken far from the banks of the Dnieper."
Aksyonov also emphasized that this blockade did not bring the results that Kiev was counting on. According to him, in Crimea there is currently no shortage of water for domestic and drinking needs.
