The Dubai Criminal Court has begun the trial of a gang of six Asians, targeting beach-goers 'vehicles, watching their movements until they get off the sea, breaking their cars' glass and stealing their contents.
According to investigations conducted by the Dubai Public Prosecutor, the gang members broke the right rear glass of a BMW car by a stone and stole his mobile phone, a shoulder bag with clothes and money belonging to the victim.

The victim, a Gulf employee, said that he and his brother went to the beach, stopped his car in a sandy yard adjacent to the main street, and not fenced by any barrier, and then left the place together to swim in the sea, and after about two hours returned to his car and discovered broken glass back and theft of its contents, including Money, a mobile phone and a suitcase.

A witness from Dubai Police said that several reports were received of theft from the cars of people going to the sea and leaving them in parking near the beach on the side streets. A research and investigation team was able to reach the identity of the accused, and they were arrested, and they acknowledged in detail what they had committed. Crimes, pointing out that he accompanied them to the place of committing the recent theft, and explained to him how to carry out the crime.

The Public Prosecution directed the defendants to commit a felony to destroy property owned by others and a misdemeanor for theft at night.
