Prime Minister Sylvester Ilunga Ilunkamba will table the first draft of his government team on the table of Felix Tshisekedi this Tuesday, August 13 for the last presidential arbitration before appointment.

The lists of ministers are in the hands of the prime minister since Sunday . These lists, proposed by the two coalition formations, Joseph Kabila's Common Front for the Congo (CCF) and Cap pour le changement, will then be submitted to Félix Tshisekedi for an assessment.

In the last 48 hours, Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba has confronted these lists with the criteria agreed upon by the President of the Republic and by the moral authority of the FCC, Joseph Kabila. A hundred names to check, but only 65 will be retained by the president who has the prerogative to appoint the government.

Criminal record, respect for the balance of gender, competence and geopolitical balance ... it is on these bases that the personalities will be chosen.

FCC, it is claimed to have aligned a hundred men and women. " Joseph Kabila has had time to validate this list and therefore no more round of negotiations is planned, " says a FCC executive on condition of anonymity.

23 stations for Cach, 43 for the FCC

The Prime Minister will annotate the two proposed lists of his comments before submitting them to the President. The process will be short if both platforms have met the guideline. Otherwise, there may be a second grind. The distribution has been known for two weeks: 23 positions for Cach and 43 for the FCC, majority in Parliament.

It remains to be seen whether the President of the Republic will accede to the request of the rebel Modeste Bahati Lukwebo . With his AFDC coalition and allies, he still claims the parliamentary majority, although removed from the FCC.

The rebel claims four ministerial posts. Which have already been attributed to Joseph Kabila's platform.
