The band emerged when the trio was commissioned to write a song for former Leksand player Tobias Forsberg and perform it in conjunction with a charity gala in Mora on August 17.
The new band name is "Stiko & Moraeus" and the debut single is called "The Sun in My Life".
The trio has decided on some selected gigs for the fall later this year and at the same time they will be grinding on an album. Next year, a tour is also planned.
