“The labor market is directly related to the growth of the economy and the development of innovation. Therefore, it is so conservative, in the first place, it is associated with the development of retail chains and the turnover of the industry, ”he explained.

According to Safonov, as before, the profession of doctors remains quite in demand, and there is also a need for security guards.

“Of the highly qualified professions, there is a high demand for IT technology specialists, but we must bear in mind that the demand for professions related to technology, modeling, programming, it is calculated in a small amount, throughout the country,” he added.

Safonov also added that the most dynamically developing are the labor market in Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar Territory, and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area.

Earlier, the All-Russian Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor named the most demanded professions in Russia.

The list includes a sales clerk, a cook, a teacher of vocational training and additional education, a lawyer, a specialist in social work, a specialist in procurement, a nurse, a clerk, an accountant, as well as a pedagogue defectologist.
