A Sharjah court fined a supervisor at a private school in Sharjah 10,000 dirhams on charges of forcing a student (under 15 years of age) to take off his shoes, leaving him barefoot in the school during the afternoon high temperature, which resulted in his feet being hurt, They are charged with keeping him and his colleagues and their care, and also directed the court to refer the case to the civil judiciary.

The Sharjah Misdemeanor Court charged a supervisor working in a private school, following the American curriculum, on charges of “endangering the life of a student” by stripping him of his shoes and letting him walk barefoot at noon, which is charged with preserving and caring for him, endangering the student's foot. She was also charged with “violent conduct that violates the dignity of the student” and “an act of cruelty that would affect his emotional, psychological, mental and moral balance in the institution where she works”.

Details of the case, according to prosecutors 'investigations, date back to May 9 last year, when the student's father informed the police that his son had been abused by the accused, who works as a supervisor in the boys' section of his school, saying that he forced him to take off his shoes and attend the last class of the day barefoot between Colleagues even walk back time without shoes.

He added that his son went to the accused after the class ended to take his shoes, but it expelled him and his river, so he walked to the school bus barefoot.

The father said that his son tried more than once to persuade the supervisor to return the shoe, but she refused, and did not return him until the supervisor took them from school buses.
