The dog owner must have hit and kicked the dog so badly that it screamed and crawled from the spot. A passerby reported the incident and the man's three dogs were taken care of.
Police were on hand"The dogs have been taken care of immediately, we were hand in hand to the county administrative board when the dogs were taken care of," says Erik Terneborn, the police spokesperson.
The County Administrative Board has already received a large number of reports regarding the man's animal husbandry, including concerning abuse and a drug-affected dog.
A pet plea report has been prepared.
