The affidavit details that Kollie also told the agents that he consumes psychedelic mushrooms, that he cultivates in his residence, and that he uses a "microdosis" constantly, stating that it gives him energy and is "fun."

However, Kollie replied that he did not use drugs in the form that is filled out before buying weapons repeatedly, which is a crime in the United States with a penalty of up to five years.

Also, owning a firearm as an illegal consumer of prescription drugs , such as marijuana, is punishable by up to ten years in jail.

Kollie will appear before a federal court in Dayton next Wednesday , according to the US Justice statement.
