According to the investigation, on the night of August 10, 2019, the accused, armed with two knives, a traumatic and flare pistol, fired several traumatic shots at Rosguard officers.
Earlier it was reported that in Tyumen a man opened fire on employees of the Russian Guard. Later, the UK instituted criminal proceedings in connection with this incident.
