According to the UK, on ​​the evening of August 9, in the courtyard of one of the residential buildings of the Verkhnyaya Terrasa microdistrict, the Rosgvardey detained men for committing an administrative offense. At that moment, more than 10 people came into conflict with them, some of them inflicted bodily harm to law enforcement officials, and also tried to take possession of service weapons.

“In order to prevent criminal activity, the employees of the Russian Guard were forced to fire warning shots,” the department said.
