“The Secretary-General strongly condemns today's car bombing attack in Libyan Benghazi. “Two United Nations employees were killed in the explosion, and three others were among the wounded,” the statement said.

Earlier, France decided to convene the UN Security Council after August 10, two UN employees died in an explosion in the Libyan city of Benghazi.
